The unique aspect of our boot camp is the Impact Performance Training System (IPTS), which uses a combination of functional training, resistance and cardio training, sports training, mental training, and most crucial performance nutrition education. Training is fun, different, challenging, and rewarding and conducted in beautiful Long Beach CA. At Ocean Blvd and Junipero Ave. Fitness Impact family meets down the hill in the parking lot next to the beach at 5:30 am-6:30 am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
